Pain Management Support Specialist

As a Support Consumer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized support, education, and practical assistance to consumers within the Persistent Pain Management Service.
Your lived experience and professional expertise will enable you to provide effective support, empower consumers, and foster positive relationships with clinical team members.
- Deliver personalized support services based on your unique experiences and skills.
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers.
For this role, we are seeking an individual who:
- Has relevant personal or professional experience in managing persistent pain.
- Is able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including consumers and clinical team members.
- Can work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
