Designing memorable experiences for communities and individuals is a critical role at our organization. As an Experiential Designer, you will contribute to the development of projects that bring people together across the Asia-Pacific region.

We are seeking a highly skilled designer with expertise in conceptual thinking, design and prototyping techniques, stakeholder management, and research methods. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end experiences and develop innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking user research using surveys, contextual analysis, and face-to-face engagement
  • Identifying trends related to commercial pillars such as food and beverage, retail, advertising, services, sponsorship, and experiences
  • Developing user personas, outlining key attributes, behaviors, motivations, and obstacles
  • Creating user journeys and identifying pain points throughout facilities
  • Engaging with industry leaders and future thinkers on consumer trends and innovation

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a design-related discipline
  • Experience in conceptual thinking and designing services that meet customer needs and project goals
  • Significant experience in planning, leading, and facilitating customer workshops
  • Working knowledge of design and prototyping techniques
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and research methods
