We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Chief Experience Maker. As part of our Christmas experience, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments for our visitors.

About the Role

You will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. This includes managing daily operations, rosters, and workflow. You will also welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere, ensuring every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality.
