About This Role:This position plays a vital role in ensuring our workplace remains free from hazards, adhering to regulations and promoting a positive culture.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement environmental, health and safety (EHS) management systems that meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development of site-specific safety policies and procedures, fostering a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as primary liaison between our organization and regulatory agencies, effectively managing audits, inspections and reporting.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement control measures to ensure employee safety and well-being.
- Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions, maintaining a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate EHS practices into daily operations, driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
