Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team of oncology nurses in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that is grounded in best practices and evidence-based research.
  • Patient Assessments and Referrals: Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify areas of need, and refer patients to appropriate healthcare services as needed.
  • Clinical Governance: Collaborate with the Quality and Clinical Governance team to ensure compliance with national standards and guidelines.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registration and Experience: Current and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, preferably with experience in oncology nursing.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong clinical and problem-solving abilities, effective care planning and coordination skills, dedication to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
