**Job Overview:**

This role is responsible for leading site-based teams across major commercial construction projects in Brisbane.

As an experienced HVAC Site Manager, you will be required to manage project delivery, supervise teams, and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with builders, clients, and project partners.

  • Manage large-scale commercial projects with budgets up to $10m+
  • Supervise site-based teams, coordinate labour and materials, and oversee client relationships
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve successful project outcomes

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Several years' experience as a Foreman or Site Manager, ideally on large-scale commercial projects
  • Strong industry knowledge and practical expertise
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Long-term mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
