HVAC Operations Coordinator Role

As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and fully operational environment across our hospital sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the coordination and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC systems across multiple sites.
  • Supervising contractors and internal trades teams to guarantee timely, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
  • Managing audits, duct cleaning schedules, procurement, and asset condition reporting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilizing S/4HANA to plan, track, and report on maintenance activities, maximizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Supporting a safe and functional healthcare environment with minimal disruption to patients and staff.

About You

We are seeking an experienced HVAC professional who combines trade expertise with strong leadership, communication, and planning skills. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Trade qualifications in HVAC with relevant licenses (Restricted Electrical, Arctick).
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance operations, contractors, and technical documentation.
  • A comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • A commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and upholding health service values.
