Job Role:

Mobilisation Administrator

The Mobilisation Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of employees to various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and arrange necessary documentation for travel and site access, including passports, work permits, visas, and vaccination requirements.
  • Effectively onboard employees with required documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate personnel records, worksheets, and registers.
  • Upload relevant information, schedule pre-employment medicals, and inductions.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in site administration or high-volume mobilisation roles within the mining and resources sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn are key to success.
