Job Overview

This role supports the onboarding process by ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The Onboarding Coordinator will update databases with qualifications and competencies, book client site-specific inductions and training, and liaise with various teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

About the Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience working in the resources sector or related field.
  • Proficiency in mobilisation or planning software is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability skills.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
What We're Looking For

We want someone who can develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, generate compliance reports, and ensure all personnel meet site requirements.

As an ideal candidate, you should have well-developed administrative skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess high organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirements.

Additionally, you'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have excellent communication skills to work effectively with all personnel and stakeholders.
