The Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services team operates as part of an international network of offices.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Build strong relationships with clients, provide holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk & Project Management: Oversee advisory projects, proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Essential Skills And Attributes
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Requires extensive experience in building corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates exceptional client relationship management, particularly with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure.
