About This Role

The HR Operations Specialist plays a critical part in driving high-quality data analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making across people processes.

  • Develop systematic and timely HR reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data across HR systems to drive informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and management, including forecasting headcount and associated labor costs.
  • Support compensation-related analytics and employee benefits administration.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • A sound understanding of HR processes and best practices is essential.
  • Strong experience in HR data analytics and reporting is necessary for success in this role.
  • Prior knowledge of Oracle HCM and/or rostering systems is desirable.
