Role Summary

This is a permanent, full-time position in a central location. The role involves leading impactful reporting and analytics that drive business decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development, as well as advanced skills in analytical and business intelligence tools.

You will thrive in this role if you have deep technical knowledge in HR data systems and analytics, love solving complex problems with data, bring a consultative approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Data & Analytics Expertise: Proven experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Technical & System Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR systems, data governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels.
