Administrative Support Role
This administrative support role provides high-level assistance to clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing patient information, record-keeping, and data collection;
- Making appointments and responding to enquiries in accordance with clinic procedures;
- Issuing timely and accurate invoices by relevant guidelines;
- Performing reception duties, answering phones, booking and confirming appointments, and preparing client files;
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent administration skills, preferably with previous experience in a similar role within aged care/healthcare;
- A friendly disposition and empathy for patients and their families;
- Demonstrated skills in using health-related software programs;
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise and coordinate, and excellent time management skills;
- Experience in data entry, data management, and other general administration activities;
- High-level attention to detail and confidence in analysing data and creating reports;
- Advanced Excel skills, such as writing formulae with functions;
- Previous experience in a community, clinic, or in-patient health environment;
- An understanding of treatment approaches and organisational objectives;
- Willingness to support the organisation's approach and programmes;
