About the Role

You'll be the frontline link to our multicultural community, maintaining a professional presence in person, online and over the phone.

This integral role provides essential administrative support, contributing to efficient daily functioning of the campus.

  • Student data updates in Student Management System; student ID card ordering
  • Health and safety compliance and audits
  • Facility and workplace maintenance – engaging contractors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring reception area cleanliness
  • Maintaining and replenishing first aid and pandemic kits
  • Administrative support: completing meeting minutes, correspondence and responding to requests within specified timeframes; stationery management
  • Event organisation: assisting with campus events, catering setup
  • Visitor reception, telephone call management, visitor log maintenance, mail handling
  • Classroom setup and IT support for teaching staff when needed

About You

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. This includes expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication are also essential.

Cultural awareness and sensitivity to our diverse community are necessary. Excellent time management skills, a proactive and solution-oriented attitude are also required.
