Senior Baker - Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Baker (Mixer) for our Homebush West location. This is a full-time role on a rotating roster with full availability required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality sourdough breads ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.
  • Maintain high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and food safety in a fast-paced commercial bakery.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourdough bread making with a strong focus on mixing.
  • Trade Qualification in Baking (Certificate III in Baking or equivalent).
  • Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in a commercial bakery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a team environment.
