**Job Opportunity: Baker**

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Baker to join our team in Homebush West. This role involves all aspects of sourdough bread making including mixing, shaping/moulding and ovens.

The successful candidate will have a trade qualification in Baking, at least 1 year's experience in the industry as a baker, preferably in a commercial bakery. They will be able to work efficiently and consistently in a well-established team, possess good communication skills and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Mix, shape, and mould sourdough bread

- Operate ovens to produce high-quality bread products

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Work effectively in a team environment

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

- Trade qualified in Baking

- At least 1 year's experience in the industry as a baker

- Ability to work in a commercial bakery environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, rotating roster (5 days on, 2 days off) with availability 7 days a week. Weekend work will be required. The working hours will generally start from 11am through to 9pm.
