Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and diligent bread maker to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to bread production.

Baker Duties:

  • Measure and mix ingredients to make bread loaves and hamburger buns.
  • Weigh materials to ensure the right quantity.
  • Place dough into appropriate pans.
  • Place pans in ovens and set oven temperature.
  • Ensure that oven temperature is in accordance with the type of product being baked.
  • Adjust thermostats to ensure appropriate heat transmission.
  • Remove baked goods from the oven and place on racks.
  • Ensure correct quantities of batches are being made.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
  • Comply with food safety standards.

A key aspect of this role is attention to detail, excellent aesthetic sense, and experience in mixing duties independently. You should also be flexible and able to perform a wide range of duties.

This position requires a strong ability to follow recipes, as well as the capacity to learn and adapt to new processes.
