Infinity Bakery is a well-established organic sourdough bakery in Sydney. We have been serving the community for over two decades with our commitment to local produce and sustainable practices.

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our team. This full-time position requires a rotating 7-day roster, with a focus on afternoons and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of sourdough bread making, including weighing, mixing, baking, and moulding.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Working efficiently and consistently as part of a well-established team.
  • Communicating effectively and building positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualifications highly regarded.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends.
  • Prior experience in sourdough bread making.
