We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administration Officer to join our Infrastructure Planning and Strategy (IP&S) Unit at SA Water. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the IP&S Unit, including minute-taking, agenda preparation, and logistics management.
  • Communication: Foster trust with our people, customers, and community by providing expert advice and services, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia.
  • Financial and Procurement Activities: Support the team's financial and procurement activities, ensuring timely and quality assurance of information.
  • Systems Planning: Support the Systems Planning teams with enquiries and provide administrative support as required.
  • WHS Responsibilities: Assist with WHS responsibilities, ensuring safety and wellbeing are prioritized.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
