**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to individuals with greater independence.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and possess excellent communication skills.

The role involves working 7 days a week, from 8am-5pm, and requires the ability to provide high complex care due to the client's disability.

Please note that only male support workers are required due to the client's cultural background.

English is a must, Arabic is a bonus.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a gentleman who requires ongoing care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance and personal care
  • Assisting with social activities and transportation
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Care for clients with dementia and palliative needs
  • High needs care and squalor and hoarding cleaning
  • Respite care and sleep overs
  • Maintenance of lawns and gardens

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in the industry
  • All up-to-date certifications (Police Check, Blue Card, Ndis Workers screening, Comprehensive Car Insurance, First Aid Certification, Cert 3 in Disability or Aged care, NDIS Mandatory training cert)
