Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

In this role, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include providing assistance with daily living activities, supporting individuals with personal care needs, and promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to work varying shifts.

You will also require previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services, as well as a current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
