We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist with us, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Your primary responsibility will be to assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
In addition to conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and carers to promote a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participants' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions that cater to diverse abilities and needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and carers.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to learn from new ideas.
