Job Overview

The role of Digital OOH Operations Specialist is a critical component in ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) networks. This position involves end-to-end management of inventory within DOOH platforms, activating/deactivating inventory in line with installation programs and monitoring offline inventory.

Meticulous record updates across Content Management Systems (CMS) and third-party platforms are essential for this role, as well as contributing to data accuracy through reconciliation projects. Close collaboration with Commercial and Inventory teams ensures cross-functional alignment and successful inventory integration across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling and delivery of content, including Proof of Concepts (POCs) for Cartology and Brand & Marketing initiatives
  • Work with DOOH Operations Manager and Woolworths Brand & Marketing partners to ensure delivery of weekly specials content, seasonal campaigns and always-on activity
  • Support DOOH Operations Manager and Campaign Delivery team with project-based work such as new network rollouts, user acceptance testing (UAT) and broader Group projects

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing process of new store/centre installations, renewals and closures across DOOH & Radio networks by updating inventory records and activating/deactivating inventory within CMS and third-party platforms in line with network and delivery requirements
