Renewal Portfolio Manager

This position involves overseeing a portfolio of existing customers to ensure timely renewals and driving customer retention.
The Renewal Manager will collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand upcoming renewals and assess risk, developing mitigation plans for uncertain deals.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of 30-40 existing customers, collaborating with the Customer Success team, identifying and negotiating upsell opportunities, delivering accurate renewal forecasts, ensuring renewal notes are updated in Sparta, and using onboarding training to improve product knowledge.
Requirements- 2-3 years of work experience in roles encompassing Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior business professionals across industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking technology (preferred) and a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
