About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with a unique chance to work closely with both our Recruiting and Human Resources teams, gaining exposure to the full employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Manage the HR email inbox, providing guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR & Payroll to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
  • Partner with the learning and development team to coordinate and schedule employee training and other L&D related activities.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making and identify trends or areas requiring attention.
  • Manage employee benefits and charity processes.
  • Update HR documentation.
  • Support immigration, visa, and employment permit processes.
  • Participate in additional HR-related work and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Demonstratable professional or intern experience as an assistant/coordinator or experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting a Human Resources and/or Recruitment team is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and phone communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, while actioning with urgency, will underpin success in the role.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, and ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information with sensitivity is critical.
  • Proficiency working in Outlook or other scheduling systems, Word, and Excel.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, proactively finding and presenting creative process and efficiency solutions.
  • Thrive on providing a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
