We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Expert to join our team.
About the RoleThe Business Solutions Expert will play a key role in our Customer Information Lifecycle Project, focusing on streamlining and improving the customer experience through business process analysis and optimization.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements/specifications lifecycle management from elicitation through build, testing, and user adoption.
- Develop business scenarios/user stories for UAT and Go-Live testing.
- Review as-built documentation of business and functional rules from the supplier and finalize for operational handover.
- Contribute to business operations and workflows, recommending improved business solutions.
- Ensure quality assurance of business analysis activities and outputs.
- Promote continuous improvement in business analysis methodology, practices, and toolsets.
- Support change activities, including employee and leader engagement, training materials, and FAQs.
- Evaluate and verify all business requirements during SIT and UAT.
To be successful as a Business Solutions Expert, you will require:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in digital or IT projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
- Familiarity with UAT, SIT, and release coordination across environments.
- Able to review technical documentation and support handover to BAU.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in an agile environment.
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Prior experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded.
