Job Opportunity

The Senior Apptio Specialist at Westpac supports Technology Business Management practices, including facilitating the Cost Attribution process. This role is responsible for applying Apptio TBM Studio experience in a complex environment to support TBM activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into working solutions; assist with validating solution implementations.
  • Conduct analytical research and problem-solving to inform decision making.
  • Support the team in triaging new requests and backlog grooming for the product owner.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build proactive working relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Apptio TBM Studio in a complex environment (mandatory).
  • Strong business analysis skills to document and translate business requirements; support validation of the solution implementation.
  • Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting triage of requests and backlog grooming for a product owner; collaboration with teams.
