Job Overview:

SAP Principal Specialists drive the end-to-end delivery of business solutions across Payroll, HR, and EH&S functions. They set strategic direction, lead initiatives, and manage systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll, and ECC6 HR/Payroll.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, and S/4 HANA functional consulting and solution architecture is required.
  • A proven track record in leading SAP functional teams, implementing frameworks like SAP Activate, and delivering configuration services is essential.
  • Multiple end-to-end SAP implementations in process-driven environments have been led successfully.
  • Deep expertise in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA, OM, MSS, People Analytics, SuccessFactors) with a strong understanding of employee lifecycle and payroll is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of Master Data Governance, including data standards, quality, lifecycle, integration, and security is required.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a focus on collaborative outcomes are expected.

Nice to Have:

  • SAP certification in relevant SAP modules is advantageous.
