Your Role:

  1. Deliver clinical training and presentations to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our products and solutions.

  2. Liaise with customer service to differentiate between technical and applications-related issues, providing expert guidance and support.

  3. Foster strong relationships with customers through workshops, training sessions, and regular communication, promoting their success and satisfaction.

  4. Assist in the implementation of new equipment, providing comprehensive handover training and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration.

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to collect and provide high-quality images that showcase our products' capabilities.

  6. Represent our organization at conferences and seminars, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence.

Your Expertise:

  • AHPRA registration as a Radiographer

  • High standard of clinical and technological knowledge in MRI

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional clinical training

  • Will to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand

  • Current driver's license

  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia
