Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer-focused support services in our paediatric palliative care setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare principles and practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and support services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the delivery of individual and group interventions under the guidance of treating Clinicians.
- Monitor customer treatment plans and collaborate with clinicians to notify progress, concerns, or need for review.
- Provide instruction, supervision, and education to customers, support workers, and other carers as required.
- Assist in program preparation and supervise participants under clinician direction.
- You hold a Certificate III or IV in Healthcare Assistance or equivalent experience.
- You possess current First Aid and Basic Life Support qualifications or are willing to obtain prior to employment.
- You hold a current Driver's Licence and are willing to drive in the course of work.
- You hold NDIS and Working with Children Screening Clearance.
