Compliance and Business Improvement Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-focused professional to join our Commercial team.

This role is central to ensuring we meet our regulatory, contractual, and accreditation obligations, operating to the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incident reporting, privacy notifications, FOI requests, and regulatory reporting.
  • Oversee accreditation processes for non-doctor staff, site registrations, and equipment compliance.
  • Ensure we meet obligations under Medicare, DIAS, poisons control, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare compliance and contract reports, supporting investigations and follow-up actions.
  • Lead and develop a small team with a customer service mindset.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting cycles.

  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage compliance, reporting, or regulatory processes.
  • Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and database systems.
