Job Title: Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive sales revenue and achieve commercial objectives.

Your primary focus will be on managing a business territory in Sydney, formulating strategies to increase market share and drive profitable growth while executing exceptional consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop overall store business plans
  • Conduct individual business reviews with business owners and buyers
  • Identify sales opportunities
  • Present and execute monthly KAM channel plans
  • Core range reconciliation and product training
  • Competitor/market activity and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales/account management, preferably in the White Goods industry
  • Business & financial acumen, understanding company business models and customer financial health
  • Analytical skills, able to weigh evidence and determine best course of action
  • Win-win outcomes, successful negotiation and understanding customer objectives
  • Sales tools mastery, proficiency in Cognos, JDE and/or other IT applications
  • Market drivers, understanding external market and industry dynamics
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
