Procurement Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering procurement solutions that meet the needs of our business units.

Job Description">
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFx development, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
  • Provide procurement analytics and reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize procurement outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field (CIPS preferred).
  • At least 2 years' experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing, with a strong understanding of corporate real estate environments.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Experience with eProcurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, Zycus, Tenderlinks, Global Rapid).
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, supplier diversity, and modern slavery compliance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced changing environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost-conscious mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
