The Procurement and Sourcing Lead plays a pivotal role in our team, supporting operations across Western Sydney and the Hunter/Central Coast regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and onboarding local contractors to provide proactive and reactive maintenance services that meet client requirements
  • Leading the development and execution of procurement strategies, managing sourcing events, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and community participation objectives
  • Supporting targets for Aboriginal participation, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and local involvement, as well as commitments to workforce development

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Oversight of supplier relationship management, contract implementation, and maintenance of high standards of probity and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proactive and commercially minded Procurement Lead
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a casual job share position requiring 22.8 hours of work per week over three days
