As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring processes that deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and Hiring Leaders alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Owning and managing quality screening, interview, and offer processes for various roles across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Corporate Services.">
  • Championing operational excellence by leveraging technology and standard processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed for in-person and virtual hiring.">
  • Contributing to broader Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent.">
  • Recommending and driving improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline through collaboration with the Recruitment Manager.">

Requirements:

Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

">

Segment and industry-specific knowledge.

">

Ability to partner with ancillary groups supporting Talent Acquisition processes.

">

Ability to make logical decisions in complex environments and work in high-volume settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recruitment experience in medium-to-large multi-national organisations.
