We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Onboarding & Engagement Professional to join our Client Experience team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure seamless client integration.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client onboarding, engagement and retention.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
