Job Title: Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support and assistance to clients.

About the Role:

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to provide technical support and guidance to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level telephone and other media contact support
  • Accurately document calls and incidents
  • Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels
  • Maintain data accuracy in our contact management system
  • Assign incidents and requests to the correct support group

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high level of education (Associate's Degree or equivalent)
  • 2-4 years of related experience, preferably with 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
