Job Title: IT Support Specialist - M365 and AV Services

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to deliver high-quality user-focused support. Key responsibilities include providing advanced support for all user-facing IT services, deploying and configuring devices, supporting Microsoft 365 services, and performing asset lifecycle activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced IT Support: Provide expert-level technical assistance for all user-facing IT services.
  • Device Deployment and Configuration: Deploy and configure devices to meet business needs.
  • Microsoft 365 Support: Offer expert support for Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Perform tasks related to the lifecycle of assets such as deployment, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Enterprise Desktop and Mobile Platforms: Proven experience supporting enterprise desktop and mobile platforms with strong hands-on skills across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
  • Microsoft 365 User Services: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 user services including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification: ITIL v4 Foundation certified with proficiency in ITSM platforms such as Ivanti or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience delivering training or onboarding sessions.
