Business Development Manager

A key role exists within a leading allied health organisation to drive business expansion and strategic sales growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on new challenges and lead the development of innovative solutions in the Aged Care sector.

The position involves developing, executing, and overseeing a comprehensive business strategy that prioritises growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and partnership establishment.

You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, research markets for presentation of key growth opportunities, and contribute to tender writing applications. Your ability to deliver measurable outcomes and work collaboratively with internal teams will be essential in achieving success.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge across the sector, experience in Business Development within Aged Care, and a minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Clinical experience in the Aged Care sector is preferred.

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification in business management or related fields.
  • Experience in Business Development in the Aged Care sector.
  • Police Check and International Police Check (for individuals who have lived overseas).
  • High IT literacy with experience in Microsoft Office 365.
