About the Role

A great opportunity to join PHD Melbourne and contribute to delivering strong business results through media. This role involves owning and updating benchmarking documents, planning and implementing Measurement Plans, and providing insights and optimizations for digital campaigns.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Digital benchmarking: Developing and maintaining benchmarking documents and assisting in planning to populate Measurement Plans as needed.
  • Tagging: Ensuring accurate tagging and setup of Adobe Audience Manager (DMP) tags, including QA, organisation, and implementation of UTM tagging.
  • Reporting: Providing expert analysis and recommendations for digital campaigns, focusing on insights and optimisation opportunities.
  • Digital set-up: Understanding viewability and brand safety requirements, implementing pixel creation, and collaborating with key contacts for troubleshooting.
  • Additional responsibilities:
  • Digital offerings: Staying up-to-date on key digital media platforms and offerings.
  • Digital tools: Proficient understanding of DCM, DV360, FB ads manager, TTD, MOAT, Nielsen Ad Ratings, Google Analytics, AdWords (Paid Search).
  • Training and assessments: Commitment to passing Facebook/Google/MFA trainings and assessments.
About You
  • 1+ years relevant media experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written.
