Job Title: Strategic Product Designer Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product designer manager to lead our design strategy operations.

  • Coordinate and steer user-centred design workflows for new product development, including defining roadmap opportunities, running cross-functional design workshops, creating timelines, and facilitating prototyping and ideation sessions.
  • Work with the Industrial Design team and UX specialists to ensure design work reflects user needs and aligns with business strategy.
  • Present complex information in motivational and intuitive ways using infographics, diagrams, graphs, and charts at C-suite level.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product design or UX roles, managing user-centric design processes.
  • SIGNIFICANT experience planning and running workshops using established design methodologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, bringing out diverse teams' best contributions.
  • Great presentation skills, presenting complex information in easy-to-understand formats.
