At Reejig, our mission is to revolutionize workforce management for businesses. We are seeking a Product Owner to join us on this journey.

This role can be done from anywhere in Australia and is an opportunity to drive the development and launch of data products. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet customer needs and deliver value.

The successful candidate will need to move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment and be strategic in their approach to product development. They will also be responsible for identifying and prioritizing key features and functionality.

You will work with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, translate this vision into a prioritized backlog of features and user stories, and collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and acting as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

We require 3+ years of experience in product management or ownership, preferably in a startup environment. Experience working with agile development methodologies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Additional qualifications include excellent communication and collaboration skills, proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knowledge/experience of building data products or HR-related software.
