Organisational Learning Specialist

About This Role
This pivotal position offers autonomy to design and implement impactful learning and development initiatives that drive individual, team, and organisational growth.
The role requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, with experience in organisational capability consulting and workshop program design.
Key Responsibilities:- Learning Strategy Development: Design and deliver developmental programs, including leadership training and tailored workshops.
- Program Management: Coordinate and maintain a schedule for organisational learning programs.
- Vendor Collaboration: Procure and partner with external providers to align offerings with organisational learning needs.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Collect and analyse data to assess program effectiveness and participation metrics.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience working within a broad standalone L&D role managing multiple priorities and partnering with cross-business stakeholders;
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of OD theory such as drivers of team and organisation performance, group dynamics, systems theory, human-centred design;
- Certifications: Familiarity with HRIS & LMS platforms and MO 365 | Teams | SharePoint, Co-Pilot & other generative AI;
