- Administering HR tasks throughout the employment cycle, from recruiting to exits;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and response;
- Maintaining consistent standards across the HR team and the wider organisation;
- Being the first point of contact for internal HR queries;
- Helping to organise training and development programs;
- Maintaining and updating HR information systems;
- Assisting the HR team with ad-hoc administration requirements.
