Senior Commercial Asset Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Commercial Asset Manager to join our highly regarded team.

This role integrates strategic contributions to our agency's direction and growth, providing substantial opportunities for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Manage a select group of premium clients, providing tailored strategies to maximise asset performance and value.
  • Oversee arrears collection, conduct rent reviews, and manage outgoing reconciliations.
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections of properties.
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure the successful management of the broader portfolio.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate new leases, market reviews, and options while advising clients on value-add property investment strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting asset performance and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and effective time management.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and discretion.
  • Possess significant experience in commercial asset management at a senior level, with expertise in managing a diverse portfolio.
