About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Services Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in the navigation of complex operational challenges.

You will maintain an efficient and effective support system, operating within established principles, to ensure ship availability targets are met or exceeded. With a focus on excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of key services across maintenance, engineering, logistics, warehousing, planning, scheduling, and operations
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • Oversee Australian Industry Capability (AIC) and regional development initiatives
  • Maintain technical data and Defence-supplied equipment
  • Manage uniformed personnel
  • Ensure maintenance management system compliance
  • Coordinate service delivery reporting and administration
