Community Program Manager

At T and K Support Services, we empower individuals to live life on their terms. As a Community Services Lead, you will oversee inclusive community programs and tailored supports that foster personal growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor community services staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred supports
- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive team culture
- Oversee community-based programs ensuring they are culturally safe, outcome-focused, and aligned with participant goals
- Monitor service delivery and address participant or stakeholder concerns proactively
- Drive compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and close service delivery gaps
- Support participant onboarding, needs assessments, and smooth service transitions
- Step in to support residential services during leave or high demand periods
This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to manage services across multiple locations, build strong relationships with participants, and collaborate with our Residential Services Lead to ensure consistency across our organisation.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in disability, mental health, or community services, possess strong knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards Commission Standards, exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrate proven ability to manage services across multiple sites.
