Senior Program Lead

As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in designing and delivering programs of work across multiple research areas.
- You will lead and manage all aspects of program lifecycle, including developing and reviewing processes within assigned resource allocations and reporting requirements;
- Oversight of program governance with co-investment partners is also required;
- Identify and manage interaction between programs of work across thematic areas;
- Maintain, implement and review the operations of programs, including day-to-day management of team members; and
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to problems and provide specialist advice to key stakeholders.
About You
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills coupled with experience in design and delivery of large programs with multiple stakeholders and projects are essential;
- An understanding of research and development process, including complexities involved in supporting research, is highly valued;
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge in related disciplines such as agriculture, natural capital and environment or digital research infrastructure is required;
- Capability in leading strong and high performing teams is necessary;
- Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to influence, are crucial; and
- Relationship management and consulting skills are also vital.
