Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to co-design and deliver programs of work across various research areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of program/s lifecycle, including developing and reviewing processes, resource allocations, and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing program teams, including day-to-day management and operations.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to problems, as well as providing specialist advice to key stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and overseeing program governance with co-investment partners.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess demonstrated planning and organisational skills, coupled with experience in design and delivering large programs with multiple stakeholders and projects.

You will also need to have:

  • Demonstrated specialist knowledge in related disciplines of agriculture, natural capital, and environment or an area of national digital research infrastructure.
  • Capability in leading strong and high-performing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to influence.
  • Relationship management and consulting skills.
