About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at Amazon. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the reliability and availability of our equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Work with the site safety department to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the reliability and availability of our equipment.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Work with the engineering team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions to improve equipment reliability.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience
- Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and technicians.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Experience in working with safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to develop and implement safety procedures and protocols.
- Experience in developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ability to work with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Experience in working with the engineering team to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the design review process
- Experience in incorporating electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards.
- Experience in electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, CMMS programs, preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, industrial electronics.
